This site awards varying amounts of points for surveys that can be exchanged for Gift Cards from a large number of online shopping sites or actual store locations. Surveys are worth 8 points normally and redeeming begins once you have 50 points or more. These gift cards will be mailed by first class mail. In addition to the points, each survey enters you into different draws (daily, weekly, monthly) for some very nice prizes. There is also an instant win game. The draws and instant win game are awarded even if you don't qualify for the survey

Who can join?
This site is for anyone in the U.S.A or Canada but there is an option in the sign-up page for other countries as well, best to check this out when registering. This is a high profile site, the information goes to governments, universities and news feeds! (let me know if you find more countries that are accepted please)
