1) Visit the site and enter your country
2) Fill in the "Earn $3 Instantly!" section where applicable (some countries do not have this option)
3) Once registered, visit the "Earn $10 in 30 minutes" section
4) Copy paste the info of the sites you are member of (see their FAQ) into the required number of fields as requested on the page of your country,
(it varies dependant on where you live)
5) Once you have enough information filled in, send it in (this is an online form and everything will be clear when you see it)

It takes a few days for them to verify everything and if you signed up for the other sites previously mentioned in this Blog, it should be very easy to complete.
The $10.00 - $13.00 will be sent to your PayPal account. They first send you $0.01 (1 cent), then the balance shortly after.
They do this to ensure the correct person is receiving the money
