Zoomerang (not to be confused with Zoom Rewards) is a program that allows businesses to create their own surveys
The free "Zoomerang Basic" version allows the user to create a survey with no more than 30 questions, receive no more than 100 responses, and view the results for a limited time. The pay versions permit larger numbers of questions, more complex sorting of results as well as the ability to export them, and adding the user's own branding rather than Zoomerang's
